Return and Exchange Policy

Returns
You may return unused and unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original packaging and condition, including all tags and labels.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition.

To request an exchange, please email us with details of the item you wish to exchange and the replacement item you want.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the replacement item’s price differs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as pillowcases and bedding that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
